Cahill De Fonseka Solicitors provides expertise, dedication and reliable, realistic advice to all our immigration law clients. Immigration Law is our core area of practice and we strive to be considered alongside the best immigration law practitioners in the United Kingdom. We are members of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (I.L.P.A.)
Free initial consultation:
We offer a one hour, free initial consultation. When we meet with you, we will provide you detailed advice about your options, the relevant law and legal requirements, and the costs of your immigration application or appeal. The consultation provides our prospective clients with an opportunity to meet our team of immigration lawyers and discuss your case in detail. We are confident that by the end of your consultation you will trust us to represent your best interests to the highest possible standard.
We also offer consultations over the telephone or by email.
Telephone 020 7998 3488 or email us at info@cdfsolicitors.com
Our Fees:
Where possible, we offer our clients fixed fees for the services we provide.
If we are unable to offer a fixed fee (e.g. for Judicial Review matters) then we will provide an estimated fee for the work to be carried out and will inform our clients promptly if the estimate might be exceeded.
We are confident that the fees we charge for our immigration law services fairly reflect the time we spend representing our clients to the highest standard.
(Please note that we do not provide Legal Aid services)
